As i say all the time... There are two very easy ways to recognize a good Personal Trainer:
- You should make sure that the trainer is in a good shape. If he/she is able to achieve results on him/herself, he/she will be very likely to achieve results on clients.

New clients receive a detailed fitness evaluation which includes vitals measurements and fitness tests such as body fat, cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength, among others. A personalized fitness report with each client’s specific data and results is also included. All tests are optional but encouraged to track results and improvements over time.
