As i say all the time... There are two very easy ways to recognize a good Personal Trainer:

- You should make sure that the trainer is in a good shape. If he/she is able to achieve results on him/herself, he/she will be very likely to achieve results on clients. 

- You should also judge Personal Trainers by the results of their past clients. If the clients achieve great results, their Personal Trainer is most likely to be great as well.
New clients receive a detailed fitness evaluation which includes vitals measurements and fitness tests such as body fat, cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength, among others. A personalized fitness report with each client’s specific data and results is also included. All tests are optional but encouraged to track results and improvements over time.
